1. Complex of breathing breathing exercises:


• V.p - stand apart, gymnastic stick behind the back, elbows. On rakh.1 - deep breath by the nose; on rakh.2 - sharp turn of a trunk to the left, not tearing feet from a floor, and sharp exhalation through a mouth; on rakh.3 - deep breath by a nose; on rakh.4 - sharp turn of a trunk to the right, and sharp exhalation through a mouth. (4-6 times).


• VP - foot stand apart, hands down (on the floor there is a horizontal gymnastic stick). On pah.1 - spread your arms wide to the sides, deep breath:, pah.2-lean, take a stick with a wide grip, deep exhale; rah.3-raise the stick up - deep breath, rah. 4 - put a stick on the floor, exhale deeply. (4-6 times).


• VP - foot stand apart, arms with a stick (wide grip) at the bottom. Rah.1 - a stick forward, deep breath, Rakh.2,3,4- three sharp turns of a trunk to the left with a stick, not tearing feet from a floor, and performance of three sharp exhalations. Return to V.P. and a similar extension of the exercise by turning the torso to the right. (4-6 times).


• VP - Left leg support, right leg back, put on the toe, grip with your left hand on the end of the gym stick on the floor, right hand down. Rah.1- Raise your right arm up, bend back with a deep breath, Rah.2 - Swing your right leg forward, while lowering your raised arm down with a sharp exit. Return to VP (4-6 times). Change the position of the arms and legs and continue the exercise, performing similarly (4-6 times).
